Why I have to wrote this in my blog..bcoz i think i'll get this for some months..life in the hostel is not pretty gud than u think..i'm STARVING!
anyway, sedikit maklumat mengenai gastrik yg aku ambik dari internet org putih..maybe bleh membantu ckit la..
1. drink a lot of water
2. eat some ginger (kurangkan asid dlm perut)
3. Apple Cider Vinegar?cecair ni slalu digunakan utk pesakit diabetis, kurangkan berat badan n menyeimbangkan asid alkaline (terutama dlm PH darah)
ada juga tips yg suruh campur a few drops of vinegar + garlic for instant relief. but not recommended la sbb asid kan..(if u hear about this tips from internet please be careful)
so, utk mengurangkan gastrik
- jangan biarkan diri 'kebuluran' (aku slalu sgt ni..)
- makan ckit2 dlm 5 or 6 kali..
- elakkan kafein (something like coffee..), makanan b'lemak n alkohol
- elakkan stress
- minum jus buah2an (jus lobak tidak sedap!)
- TIDAK merokok
- makan ckit n yg cepat dihadam
